Transit Time

Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

What to Expect After Placing Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. We’ll confirm stock availability with our suppliers. Most ready-to-ship furniture and fire pits will be available to ship within 1 - 2 days.
When your order is confirmed and payment has been processed, we’ll send you tracking information on the day it ships to the email address provided during checkout. You can track your shipment anytime using this tracking number. If you don’t receive tracking information within 7 business days, please contact us for an update.
Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of being sent.
Authorized Dealer Notice
As an authorized dealer for the brands we carry, we ship directly from the manufacturers to ensure that you receive authentic products and top-quality service.
Upon Receipt of Your Package
Before signing any delivery paperwork, please thoroughly inspect the package for damage (e.g., dents, scratches). If any damage is visible, make sure to include it on the delivery receipt. Failure to report damage in a timely manner may delay or invalidate freight claims.
Please verify that all pieces of your order are accounted for. Report any missing items within 48 hours by emailing us at sales@sunstonepatios.com. Missing items may not be replaced after this window.
For concealed damages (damages not visible at the time of delivery), please notify us immediately.
Refusals
If you refuse delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping errors, a 20% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping charges will apply.
Found a Lower Price? We’ll Match It!

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that all of our products are priced according to Minimum Advertised Pricing guidelines. This means that any other authorized dealers are required to sell the same products at the same price or higher.
If you find another online store offering a lower price, contact us! We’ll verify that the competitor is adhering to pricing policies. If everything checks out, we’ll gladly match their price. In some cases, we can provide a custom discount, or if you’ve already made your purchase, we’ll refund the price difference.
Our Price Match Guarantee has a few conditions:
- The item must be the same brand and model.
- The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website.
- You’ll need to provide proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot and a link to the competitor’s listing.
- If the competitor charges for shipping, their shipping cost will be factored into the price match.
- If the competitor charges sales tax, this will be factored into the price match.
- The competitor must be an online-only store and cannot have a retail location.
- The competitor must be an Authorized Dealer of the product.
- Discount websites, auction sites, and promotions like "buy one, get one free" are not eligible for price matching.
